A seemingly small gesture that fulfills so many of our needs; comfort , security, love. A hug is so universal that much like spoken language a hug communicates a wide variety of messages that transcends all races, ethnicities and cultures! Simply based on how it is given and when it is needed; a hug says so much: Hello, I missed you, I love you, I need you, It’s going to be ok, I’m here for you, You’re not alone.

Each and every hug makes a profound statement; a line of communication shared between the two people engaged in the hold and touch. Let’s keep the lines of communication open. Let’s continue to share and spread love.
